Returns

• Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics are not eligible for returns.
• Process: Contact us at info@dagibeauty.com with your order number and return reason. We will provide detailed instructions and a return address.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Refunds

• Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as “final sale” or gift cards are not refundable.
